There are three ways you can submit music to the Playlist Mix for inclusion on an upcoming podcast.
The Physical Way
Yes, it’s a podcast. Yes, it’s a digital release, but we love physical releases. Often you’ll get an even greater insight to an artist, band or act by how they package and present their albums, CDs, DVDs, singles, EPs – whatever. If you would like to submit a physical CD release of your music please send your pack to
Event Media, Kilkenny Commercial Centre, Sion Road, Kilkenny, Ireland and mark for “The Playlist Mix”.
CD packs or press packs will not be returned by post. If mailing in a physical CD, please include an intro note or one pager on your music / band and some contact details so we can get in touch.
The Email Way
If you would like to email your tracks in, send one mp3 per email to podcast [at] playlistmix [dot] com. Don’t forget to include links to your biography online and / or official site, MySpace, iLike, Facebook, Bebo – wherever you can be found online.
The Dropbox Way
Just introduced, why not pop a track in our dropbox at SoundCloud.com.
Quality Notes
Please note
- Submissions in MP3 format only, unless sending a physical CD
- Minimum encoding of 128kbps, stereo (higher rates accepted)
- We won’t accept audio in WMA, WAV, OGG, FLAC, AIFF or AAC
