We’re at number 39 with the Playlist Mix this week and seen as there’ll be some attention given towards the Irish Web Awards taking place in Dublin this Saturday, it seems right that I pick a number of Irish acts to feature in the podcast (or at least more than usual anyway).
This week you’ll get five of six of your acts coming from Ireland while you’re sixth act has been visiting and performing in Ireland over the last ten years or so.

The podcast is nominated for Best Podcast(er) at the 2008 Irish Web Awards and although I’m not expecting anything in the slightest, it’s going to be great to get to Dublin at the weekend (not often I do) and catch up with the crowd up there and those I’ve gotten to know over the last few months and years.
